HD1 supplements traditional heavy mechanical components (kilogram-scale X-axis systems) with a closed-loop servo-driven galvo mirror (<2g), while advanced algorithms synchronize the slow XYZ gantry motion with the galvo's ultra-high-speed laser reflection. This hybrid system merges the stability of XYZ frameworks with galvo speed, eliminating the tradeoffs of either standalone approach.
