Hybrid Synchronized Motion System

HD1 supplements traditional heavy mechanical components (kilogram-scale x-axis systems with a closed-loop servo-driven galvo mirror (<2g), while advanced algorithms synchronize the slow XYZ gantry motion with the galvo's ultra-high-speed laser reflection. This hybrid system merges the stability of XYZ frameworks with galvo speed, eliminating the tradeoffs of either standalone approach.

The galvo stands for speed, yet it is limited by size. The gantry offers flexibility in size, but compromises on speed. Both factors are crucial for productivity tools.
